Hey friends. I’ll try to keep this short. I am making a switch to sales (from healthcare) and I’m only 1 year out from college. I have made it to my final round of interviews this week for both companies in which I am so excited/nervous. One company specializes in enterprise software sales and the other is financial tech (known as fintech) The software sales company is a larger company & will be starting as a BDR rep. However the fintech company is smaller but received a huge investment and is doing very successful. I would be a sales rep and it seems like the company culture is awesome. The salaries/projected income is around the same for both but I’m wondering how you guys would weigh the pros/cons. Also, when it comes to negotiating pay what is the best way to go about this if one was to get both offers? Thanks guys
