It’s my first sales job ever and although I am not doing too bad I think there’s a lot of tactics/techniques that I’m not aware of which would help me a lot, I mostly focus on building rapport and making the customers feel comfortable and trusting around me but there’s lots of times when I feel I could’ve got the sale but I’m not too certain on the best way of closing it and also get many many people just not interested in what I’m saying. Any help would be welcome, thank you
