I am currently employed at a small business and I am the sales manager. (staff under 25 people) There is little room to grow here with it being a family owned company and the owner understands this. I have been the #1 sales person for over 4 years now. The owner called me in his office the other day and gave me a raise and said literally I can create my own job title. It is important to me to have a good one that will look great on a resume. Does anyone have any advice as what to now put as my job title. I have management, sales, customer retention and B2B. Any help would be appreciated.
TLDR: I get to make my own job title. What is a good one for my resume?
