Our company sold the sales side of our business 3 years ago to our manufacturer. For two years we operated as a drop shipping business. Earlier this year the manufacturer ended that option. Now when our service customers call us, I am not allowed to even take an order I have to refer them to a corporate rep. We still sell accessory equipment and our services, but the big ticket shit we aren't allowed to sell.
I just hate referring the sale, and doing all the damn education and not getting a fucking thing for it. I want to help my customers, but not getting paid sucks!
