Is it bad to reach out to the jobs you rejected?

Post Body

I have been unemployed for quite a while and back then I had a few jobs asking me to do final interview on-site and the job itself is like 5 days on-site and while being freshly funemployed at the end of last year of course I didn't like that idea especially the job doesn't pay super good and it's not like the best company, but fast forward, still not able to find a job remotely or even hybrid (I got used to remote).

I am debating to reach out to these companies to do the interview again. One of the companies did reach to me again last month since my resume is on file but I have a few trips coming up so I said I will be busy traveling, so after my trips I wanted to reach out to them, so should I?

Does that give them the power to low ball me or even reject me because I am somewhat desperate now and played some games? I know they are still hiring, but I am sure the pay is slightly lower than last year!
