28yr old in NYC. 1st time in a sales role (B2B) been here 11 months and it’s been 6months with no commission for 1mil sold in rev. (Physical security to fortune 1000 only) Well I got tired of waiting and asked for a 20k raise to my base, their answer comes Monday. Do I start looking elsewhere?
