Post Body

I’m about a week into training. 3 weeks total. Leads are provided to us the more we sell the more leads we get.

They have me in a hotel 3 hours from home, it’s a lot to learn and pretty grueling having to memorize a new script every night and perform in front of the other students and trainer.

It’s very stressful, I’m fortunate that I don’t NEED this job like the other people in my class, before this I was working as a server making 300 a night working 6-7 hours. I enjoyed the people I work with, had free food and was never stressed. My goal is to be a teacher in 2 years.

This company keeps promising us the world, dangling that large salary in front of us every single day but are they they just fucking with me? The trainer is like a character from wolf of Wall Street I don’t even care if I pass the class anymore I just want to know if I’m being taken advantage of.

Edit: i was assigned luxury baths

Edit 2: I have to pay 1700 for the iPad they gave me (cones out of first commission) and they currently pay me $500 a week for the first 6 weeks
