I love simple salads — something I can prep in roughly 5 minutes. My go-to is chopping a medium sized head of romaine and adding feta, cherry tomatoes, manzanilla olives, red pepper flakes, and Italian dressing. I’ll add almonds for texture once in a while.
I’ve since been on a balsamic vinagarette kick. The lettuce, feta, and tomatoes have stayed in. But I don’t particularly like the idea of pepper flakes or olives with the balsamic. What are some other suggestions you’d have for this mix?
