I always love a good basic "iceberg cucumber tomato red onion ranch" kinda salad, but is there a salad you always make for Thanksgiving or a new salad/dressing you're trying out this year?
Yes! Current favorite is arugula, roasted sweet potatoes (cubed with evoo s/p garlic powder), craisins or dried cherries, pecans/hazelnuts/pepitas/sunflower seeds (whatever you’ve got!), goat cheese and honey mustard dressing. Also delicious as a warm side if you make lots of sweet potatoes and omit the arugula!
