So I have been trying to eat more greens.. and I have been getting a simple spring mix topped with my pick of meat. Been doing a huge bowl of spring mix topped with beef roast and au jus. If I do chicken, it's usually with some ceasar or maybe ranch. Was never a big fan of vinaigrette dressings, but willing to try.
Was wondering what dressing others would recommend for a leafy green salad with tuna? Doesn't even need to be a typical dressing.. like I said, I use au jus for when I have beef with it. Just looking for something that pairs well with a small amount of fat in it.
