Picked up these cuties in Little Tokyo (Los Angeles) today! Probably some type of bootleg because they were so inexpensive. Anyone know anything about them?

I actually got them at a clothing shop right outside of that indoor mall thing that houses anime jungle. I don’t know what it’s called but it has random toys mixed in with the baby clothes.
