What is everyone’s favorite resource for trauma kits, bump and scrape, suture, OTC, and prescription as-needed medicines?
I have solid training from the military but don’t understand how civilian sailors get prescription meds for long crossings. IMO painkillers, antibiotics, antihistamines, and antifungals are essential - how do long distance sailors get a suite of drugs ahead of time without immediate access to a doctor?
Any resources for stocking medical supplies and comprehensive articles are welcome, thank you!
