Still been pretty depressed for the past few months but in the past week it's been feeling better. Still wake up at night due to some panic attacks or some other bs but I have been able to rest at least while I am asleep.

Been feeling more confidence and comfort with myself.

Starting to workout again and been writing small stories again about what's been going on I'm my head

Still not feeling the best at all but it's slowly getting there reeeally so but it's going. That's it just something simple ig
