Any dash removal tricks? 2003

My heater core is blown and I'm running a bypass now but want to get in there and get it changed but don't want to spend 12 hours on it lol. I've seen a few videos of mechanics working on other models who theorized that the factory installs dashboards as a unit so they were removing them as a single unit saving them a ton of time. Anyone know if this is possible on the s10?
