Ryzen 5 5600X pulling 100+ watts! Safety question!
Post Body

My Ryzen 5 5600X is paired with an ASUS ROG Strix B550-f motherboard. It's currently running PBO settings set to motherboard, and curve optimizer set to negative(-) 18 all core.

I do get higher all core frequency under heavy loads, and lower voltages, but at these settings, my processor pulls over 100watts. Is it safe for my processor to be pulling this much power in the long run? Will it affect the lifespan/longevity of my chip, considering I keep it under 95 degrees?
