Pushmower Help Please

I just yesterday bout the 40v 20” self-propelled mower. I used it for about an hour and it was cutting GREAT. It cut off when I went through a small patch of thick grass. And now won’t start. I find it hard to believe it’s damaged but maybe I’m missing some re-start trick?
I removed and reinstalled the key, I charged the battery fully and put it back in, I spun the blade by hand to make sure it’s spinning freely.
What am I not doing to get it to start again??
