Do Ryobi replacement parts exist in Canada?

It's so bad I almost feel like it must be a joke somebody is playing on Canadians. I went looking for a replacement part for a Ryobi lawnmower, and was pleasantly surprised to find the Ryobi Canada support page had a link to parts. And the link to parts had a link to how to order them. And the ordertree page had a full repair breakdown of the mower and all the parts in it. I don't think I've ever tried to get replacement parts where it was so easy to figure out the part and order it.....

Except then I tried to order it and the page said "Shipping to USA only". What? What good is that to somebody trying to get a part from Canada? Why is that page even linked from the Canadian support site if we can't actually order the parts from it??

So I emailed support (which didn't have a contact email on their website - I needed to find it on their Facebook page) to find out how to actually order parts for Canada. They asked me for the part number... and then as far as I can tell just did a Google search for my part number for me, because they came back with two links (one to an online store with somewhat negative reviews, and one to an Amazon listing from some unknown 3rd party seller).

Does anybody have experience in Canada getting replacement parts for Ryobi tools? Surely it can't actually be this difficult if they sell their products here. I'm just unlucky, and not finding the right page or something, right?
