8Ov Z54Li zero turn; Anyone tried to adjust the pots on the right and left drive motor controllers

Looking at pictures of the motor controllers i see on ebay, it looks like the “pots” (or whatever they’re called on a bldc controller) might be adjustable. I’m looking to try to balance the wheel speed so my mower will actually track a straight line. Anyone looked at this?
