How do I get a human in Ryobi customer service?

My 40 V Lithium 6Ah battery is toast. I have tried in vain to get someone to talk to on the website, chat, phone, etc. A month ago I got lucky and chatted with someone who diagnosed it as bad and said they would send a replacement. Nothing has arrived. I can never get a human now when trying to contact them. Anyone have any ideas on contacting a human? Thanks!
