4 lights flashing on battery. Where is the reset jumper on 18v?

I fixed the 40V battery 4 kight flashling problem by using the reset jumper.
18V have same problem. But can’t seem find the jumper. Read somewhere that reset pin is for programming.
How do I fix 4 light flashing in 18V battery? Tnx
Both Batteries are showing healthy voltage 17-18Volts
