I got an email today from ryerson housing saying that I have lost my spot because I didn’t pay the first fees. This happened because the email they used to send this information on was sent by a different email than the one they normally use, so it went into my junk mail. However I had also accepted my offer on the 9th of July, but both acceptance and fees were due on the 10th, but there was no knowing of how much I would have owed until I accepted the offer. I’m going to call them tomorrow but to save some time, does Anyone know if they’ll even reopen my application due to the confusion? Or will I have to be subjected to pay the application fee and wait again?
