Looking for a cat-friendly 1-bedroom starting mid-October - max rent $1000

I stayed in Richmond for a couple months over the summer, but things didn't work out for me financially, so I moved back home to the Midwest to work and save some money. My credit isn't all too great, but I'll be working two jobs (returning to the job I had in RVA and transferring my current job) so I know paying rent won't be a problem. I'm not looking for anything extravagant, but something to get my foot in the door while I get settled in. I'm looking to move sometime probably the week of October 11.
