I'm currently homeless with income, looking to move into a room anywhere as soon as possible. I work 60 hours a week, so paying rent/bills on time is not an issue. I need a place that can allow a cat, as I am unwilling to rehome him. I'm 28M, quiet, clean, respectful and responsible. Always willing to help out around the house and keep things neat and tidy. Easy to get along with and am open to rooming with anyone - male/female, lgbtq friendly, loves animals so not opposed to potential roommates having pets of any sort. Hoping to find something soon, as I'm from out of state and have no real personal connections (friends/family) here yet ( have only been in Virginia for a little over a month).
