In MA, I joined a really great gym and was making some progress on actually starting to lift weights. I always ended up going on bench-press day or deadlift day, but I can do okay on really light squats.
Anyways, I loved lifting, but I moved down here and didn't really pursue it, so now I'm trying to get back into it. I feel like I don't know enough about starting out and form and all of that to be confident enough to try it alone at my gym, and I'm not really sure if there are any gyms or coaches or trainers who can help me out with that, so I'm looking to Reddit for recommendations.
So if you know any coaches/gyms/etc. that can help with some more "one-on-one" or group classes for a beginner, please let me know.
