As a lurker here for a while, I thought I would make my first post by offering the people of Richmond a FREE service. I am a supervisor in a legal setting, having reviewed hundreds of resumes and cover letters. I've come to one major conclusion: most people don't put the work into creating resumes and cover letters that stand out. I'm trying to give back to the community more. Therefore, I am offering anyone who wants their resumes and cover letters reviewed/revised/critiqued to send them to me. Also, if you are a veteran, I will go the extra step of helping you look for a job and tailoring cover letters for you. If you do end up sending something, let me know whether you are currently employed and what type of field you are looking for employment in.
