I’m not really sure where I should go with this, but I got fined for a parking violation(forced to park on the street since the apartment parking lot was full, apparently parked in a no-parking zone. Signs were unclear) and I’m trying to pay it online but the site doesn’t seem to be working. I keep trying, but when I enter my ticket number it adds a zero and says it’s invalid. I delete the zero and it puts it back in, same thing. I’ve tried on different devices and accounts but I get the same result so I don’t think it’s user error. When I search for the citation using my license plate it says no open citations. Was the ticket somehow cancelled on the administrative end or is the site just being weird at the moment?
