Lawn Mower Repair?

Hey everyone. I’ve got a toro self propelled push mower, about 4 years old. I always use the recommended gas from Home Depot in the silver can. I poured what was either expired gas, or gas with water in it, in the engine and it cut off while in use. Drained all gas, tried to flush with clean gas. Still won’t start.
Any repair man that can come to me in south side? Or anyone know of a decent repair shop?
