Is there something like ruby-build, but for Rust?
Post Body

Right now, when a new version of Rust comes out, I have to follow a number of the same steps: download it, unpack it, compile it with a set of options, and so on.

Is there something like ruby-build which does this for me as a CLI? I'd like to essentially just get a list of available versions, then say "that one" or "the latest release", and have the right one installed to my machine.
