Sorry if this has ever been asked before, I just joined and am learning Russian in college, and thought to gain some insight. So it’s recommended, no matter the language you’re learning, to watch stuff like television or movies in that language to gain an understanding, problem with me is that I usually can’t keep with Russian flier speaking just yet. For this scenario I am in, I’m watching Arcane (one of my favorite ongoing shows at this moment) and watched the first episode in Russian dub, I understood some small sentences here and there but it’s tough to hear a sentence and try to write it down and practiced for you to remember.
So my question is whether or not I keep watching TV in Russian dub but at a slower speed to understand the language more clearer, or rather watch it in English with Russian subs, or some other way I can better consume the language.
