Every week on the Queens of the Stone Age subreddit we take a dive into a band that has collaborated with, has influenced, has been influenced by or has toured with Josh Homme and our very own desert rockers.

This week we focus on the legendary Prog Rock band from Willowdale. This power trio were a mainstay of the Canadian Rock Scene from the 1970's on. They are revered by fans and fellow musicians. The sheer technical skill of all three members cannot be exaggerated, and even before his passing, Neil Peart was universally acknowledged as one of the greatest drummers of all time.

And Geddy Lee is a huge Queens of the Stone Age fan.

Clearly a man of taste.
