Am I the only one who loves the way the departure was done in the Remake 2023?

This scene clearly got a lot of love. I liked all the scenery, the play of colors we got, even the Soundtrack that was flying was really fitting. In the same way, playing the ending I wouldn't say was necessary, but in my opinion it worked really well and emotionally. The voice actors gave 100% of themselves. Saito Souma and Rie Takahashi are really great at expressing different emotions, although we've seen that more than once in this remake.

I turned on the original for myself, and I really have my doubts about which version I like better. Both are so good.

Reverse the awful decision to insert the ending music into what’s supposed to be the most emotional scene of the first season and I think most people are fine with it. I’m not really seeing too many complaints about anything else-the performances from the VAs and even the music before that ending music were good. Just that music was totally jarring, almost felt like I was watching some generic battle shounen for a second…
