Im and reaching out to see if there is any interest in this. I've been searching for a tribe or sorts; Conscious connections. The idea would be, we get to know each other, meet at some point and plan this out.

The overall goal would be to build a community, turn it to a self sufficient homestead collective. But that takes time and copious amounts of planning.

Yes I am looking for a long term relationship. I prefer polyandry or ENM. But I'll deal with that.

For this post, I'm looking for people (2-5 souls) that would want to invest in property, say in a year to 18 months from now. If I can't find said people within that 18 months, I'll end up buying property and do a different post.

With that said, this one is about finding people that have the or will have the income, to match mine. Not a scam, as no money will be involved until we meet, talk, come to agreement and make a plan then sign contracts and all that legal shit. Example: say we buy 50 acres, we divide it into parcels and build our homes and/or even sell some to others...the possibilities are up to us

I own a company and I'm a skilled builder. I make good money. However, if I do this myself I would have to get loans and all that but I'd prefer to go in this people so we own it outright save for the property tax they exhort from us.

And if we get to know each other and it turns into a romantic rapport..even better!! If it doesn't, that okay, friends are important in life as well!

I really want to be off grid, growing food, celebrating with like minds, become self sufficient, learn from others, work with friends become the tribe this culture annihilated.
