Anyone have tips for avoiding or getting rid of Diaphragm cramping?

Let me preface this with i am new to this subreddit and have no idea if this has been asked before.
Lately on my runs I have been getting a pretty bad cramp in the front right corner of my diaphragm. It has gotten as bad as I had to stop my run short today because I couldn't take the pain anymore. So does anyone have any tips?
