Post Body

Hi! So I’ve been having issue with the plantar fascia on my right foot since Nov last year and I basically stopped running because every time I would go for a run it would flare up and tbh I was too lazy to try the various suggestions by ppl on this and other forums so I kinda just stopped running then I saw a post here I think, by someone who claimed that they cured their pf issue by switching to zero drop shoes so me needing just a whisper of an excuse to buy shoes.. I went in.. I had kinda decided a while back to try out altra so I went for the escalante 2.5 and I shit you not, I have literally done only 3 runs in them.. no more pf and today I ran 10k for the first time in my life.. no pain, nothing.. the shoes I used to run in were the nike infinity run and the pegasus trail 3 goretex.. so take it with a pinch of salt but man! I am absolutely never going back to non zero drop shoes and thanks to the person who made that post!!!!
