As the title says, I recognise I need to commit to strength training. Far too often by the end of a run, or even the end of the work day, my legs are shot. Feet/knees/muscles all aching.
I'm looking for advice on keeping myself accountable and ensuring I stick with strength training, as a way to improve both my quality of life and my running performances, as I have struggled to make strength training stick in the past.
Was going to start out with body weight exercises from strength running, but I'm not against the idea of the occasional say in the gym.
