Need help improving my 1600m and 800m runs

Today i had a track meet and ran a 4:53 1600 and a 2:09 800 and I just want to know what i can do to shave off like 4-5 seconds. During both race in the last 150m I just couldn't kick. I also feel like i don't have enough endurance. How can i fix my kick in the last 100?
