Hi all. I’m 34M and I guess a passionate runner. Just completed my first marathon - 3:44:49 Berlin and feeling good about my running. I would however like to compliment my running and improve my upper body / core strength. Does any one have any plans they’ve recommended which incorporate a few days in the gym / free weights per week. Ideally my next marathon will be in Spring but have time to focus on just training for fun. Any tips would be great.
