Non-running related injuries - What do you do to keep yourself in shape when you've broken a foot and can't run for the next ~3 months?

Post Body

Hi there! I broke my foot last Sunday (5th metatarsal bone) simply by being clumsy. Up until last week I was running 1-3 miles 5 days a week. Running is my stress-relief and preferred way for staying in shape. I'm pretty bummed I'm going to miss out on the last of the summer weather here in Chicago, and then the first runs of the fall season! Does anyone have any advice for not being able to run until I am able to get back out there? Mental health and or activeness wise advice would be so appreciated!
