Post Body

Well I had an injury some months ago, I believe it was a sprain. Then after got back to run and there it was again, not as strong as the first time but there. Now from time to time I feel some discomfort when I wake up then the rest of the day I dont feel it at all.

Talked with a friend psychotherapist who knows me from years and he told me that I should be training my feet and ankle and to buy a proper pair of shoes for that (Plus some exercises that he gave me) and I was wondering what would be better for my situation:

- Nike Free

- Nike Structure 22

- Nike Infinity Run Flyknit

(If you are wondering why all Nike its because I have a 25% discount code coupon)

Thank you all, your help would be appreciated since Iā€™m really sad about it, with COVID, family problems, personal things and everything I decided to start doing some sports again and this happened.
