Post Body
First time I've ran 3.07 miles outside. I'm 30 years old. I may have gone longer distances years ago, but that would have been in my 20s or earlier, probably too long ago to be relevant.
Anyway, I'd like to go for another run, but I just feel lacking in energy. I feel drained. Shouldn't I have recovered by now, ready for another run?
Is there something in particular I should be doing diet-wise to speed up recovery? Or to keep my energy levels high?
Thanks.
