Post Body

Hi everyone .. a technical question..how is it possible that all the runs I do, doesn’t matter if they are the 4km of warm up or the 21km of the half marathon, my heart is always in the highest range? Do I have to slow down? Is it dangerous? Today hr max 196 ... average 182..I m male, 27, 74kg...

Edit: I use a garmin forerunner 235 and a garmin heart rate band (don’t know the English name sorry)
