I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask or post, so I apologize in advance.
I've never gotten into running before despite the fact that I go to the gym. I don't like cardio but I want that to change. I hate running out breathe so easily, and I'm preparing myself for when the world turns to shit and I need to outrun and outlast everyone around me.
Any newbie tips on technique would be greatly appreciated outside sticking with it. For example, how do I breath and do I need to firmly pick up each foot, or what's recommended and what do you do? Anyone whom has a success story to tell or has been in my situation I'd love to hear your stories, struggles, and mistakes.
Thank you!
