I've only been running for 5 weeks with c25k and felt that I was improving really quickly. I did w5d3 which was a 20min run but didn't feel that tired so kept going for a 10k. My legs were sore for a while after (and during my last kilometer) but the next day (today) I dont feel any soreness except for my shoes cutting my foot. I know this isn't that impressive but I'm proud of myself and just wanted to share my 5 week progression.
