Notice on Fresh Start Accounts

We have received a few reports of some players reaching Design Your Hero without the FSW Prompt.

Please do not proceed if you do not get a choice on Fresh Start Worlds before this. Rebooting the client should cause this to appear as intended.

However there are a bunch of players who did proceed past this thinking we were instantly starting on Fresh Start Worlds since we redeemed membership for FSW on the website.

There should be some communication on what these players should do in this case because as a "Race to first 99, 120, top 100)", we are already at a disadvantage and we have no clue on how to proceed.

Are we forced to make a new account? Will the FSW be re-rolled back to give everyone a fair playing field? Will our accounts that were already put into the main game be reset so we can get the FSW option?

It's been almost an hour since the apparent release and these players still have no idea what we should do about this situation and the time is only continuing to pass.

I know it's difficult to be able to respond to everyone on a one-to-one basis, but please give some general information regarding what the affected players are supposed to expect or do in this situation.
