Account isn't FSW

I created an account on the website, didn't login in the game. I redeemed the FSW code on the website right before server reset (7:50 Game Time), username was Null.
I logged in to the account, asked to make appearance, then username, and asked if I played before, I clicked recently, however there was no FSW and I'm told by NPC that I'm not.
