Mobile client won't work. But only for my main

I do not know what to do ever since the login issues started i haven't been able to log in as my main. I've tried it in multiple phones. I've deleted and reinstalled it twice. I've messaged Jagex about the issue but none of the solutions apply to my issue. An alternate account that I have can log in and play but my main just causes the game to crash out of the client as soon as I hit play now
