How do you actually find teams for bossing? Each time I've tried to join the grouping system, either I've encountered 1 of 2 situations:

1: The host just sits there doing nothing but general skilling and doesn't answer.

2: I instantly get kicked out of the group not even a few seconds after joining the group.

If I choose to host in the grouping system, it just sits there and no one tends to join.

I've looked into various friend chats but they do "bossing mass" whenever they host or have people that sit in the friend chat but never respond.

How do people actually get partners for duos for example because I've haven't had any luck for months now other than constantly just bossing solo.
