Should I join back up? Haven't played in a year.

I've been thinking of getting back into Runescape as I am tf2 rich and could buy enough mills with tf2 items to get a couple 99's I've always wanted. I currently have 99 thieving and a ton of near 90 other skills such as smithing mining and ranged. I really would like to get back in and get those 99's with gold. Is the game still fun? What has changed in the last 180 days since I last logged in? Are the bots ridiculous? Can you still mess with them with gnome balls and teleothers? What are prices like? I had a ton of ranaar seeds from sthieving.. I can bet those are worthless now. Lemme know your thoughts reddit.
