Its really annoying to check each persons cap individually.
I know "storing it in a database" and rewriting the code is hard, but what if there was a secondary way, at least for now, to add it to a database? Instead of changing the code, what about adding a bit?
What about an object ingame (like the avatar rock), that upon activation checks the player's account if they have capped for that week. If the check succeeds, it sends info to a database with what they capped. (The quartermaster already does this, sorta)
Then Clan admins can click a button from a menu, or activate the object ingame, and see a list of cappers, and what they gathered. Potentially the previous week's list as well so you don't miss anyone.
Most people don't care about clans, but they are the only reason I play. They've had very few QOL improvements over the years, and the citadel is already somewhat dead content. My clan has a lot of cappers though, and I'm sure there would be a lot of Happy Scapers if we no longer had to manually check each person.
