I wonder if anyone can enlighten me on this. Every so often (usually the day before runefest kicks off) A friend of mine usually gets a promo offer of 50% extra keys. I've never had it. not once.
What the freaking hell? Is it because they don't buy keys as often, or am I just missing something?
I care enough to ask what people think of some people getting key offers and others are not... Jagex either offer the deal to everyone or stop giving certain people preferential treatment.
